We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) for all shipments.
Domestic orders $20 and over will receive tracking information. International orders have tracking as well, but depending on the country being delivered to, it typically only tracks the package until it leaves the United States.
Domestic orders typically arrive within five days. International orders vary widely by country, but generally Canada is 10 days, Europe and Asia are 14 days, Australia is 20 days, and Central and South America can be up to 30 days.
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to ship your order within 3 business days of the date of your order. “Business day” means Monday to Friday, except holidays. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
Shipping costs are flat based on the delivery location regardless of the number of items. The shipping cost will be calculated during checkout depending on whether you are inside the United States or outside.
Replacements for Lost Packages
If your order has not arrived after the expected delivery time, please contact Aion Electronics. We may at our discretion ship a replacement package at no cost once the time estimate in “Delivery Time” has been reached. In the event that this happens and the second order is also lost, Aion Electronics will cancel the order and offer a refund.
Damaged Items in Transport
If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately.
